Preparation Instructions

Breaded Butterfly Shrimp (Fry Only)

DEEP FRY

Preheat oil to 350°F

Place frozen shrimp in fryer basket.

Deep fry for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.

Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

PAN FRY

Preheat 1/2 inch cooking oil in a skillet on medium-high to 350°F.

Fry frozen shrimp for 3 to 3 1/4 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even browning.

Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment. Microwaving not recommended. For food safety this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
