Breaded Flounder Tenders
For food safety, quality, and thorough cooking, please follow the instructions below. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Product is not ready to eat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 145 F. Let product cool 1-2 minutes after cooking. *Microwaving not recommended. PRODUCT HAS BEEN DEBONED, BUT AS WITH ALL FISH, THERE IS POTENTIAL TO FIND SMALL BONES.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- Arrange product in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes (1 full bag).
- For best results, turn product halfway through cooking.
AIR FRYER
- Preheat air fryer to 380 °F.
- Arrange product in a single layer in basket.
- Air fry 4 pieces for 9-10 minutes.
