1/3 pkg slider buns or brioche rolls (12 count)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Directions
Prepare the Shrimp
Cook Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp according to package directions. For this recipe, we recommend baking or air frying.
Cook Bacon
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lay bacon on a baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Cut each slice into 4 pieces.
Build the BLT Sliders
Stir together mayonnaise and basil. Spread evenly onto the bottoms of four rolls. Top each slider with one shrimp, arugula, tomato, bacon, and bun tops.
Pro Tip
Grill your buns in butter on the stove until they’re golden brown if you like them toasty.
