1/3 pkg SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp (9 oz), cooked according to package directions
1/3 pkg slider buns (12 count)
2 slices bacon
2 tbsps mayonnaise
2 tsps chopped fresh basil
1 cup baby arugula
1 Roma tomato, sliced
Cook shrimp according to package directions.
Cook bacon until crispy. Cut each slice into 4 pieces.
Stir together mayonnaise and basil. Spread evenly onto the bottoms of 4 rolls. Top each with 1 shrimp, arugula, tomato, bacon, and bun tops.
