1/3 pkg SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp (9 oz), cook according to package directions
1/3 pkg slider buns (12 count)
1 cup shredded coleslaw mix
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsps mayonnaise
1 tsp Creole or spicy brown mustard
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp hot sauce
Cook shrimp according to package directions.
Place coleslaw in a small bowl. Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over coleslaw and toss to coat.
Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning, and hot sauce. Spread sauce onto the bottoms of 4 buns.
Top each bun with 1 shrimp, coleslaw, and bun tops.
