This Cajun Sliders recipe will transport you to the Big Easy when you serve them. 1/3 pkg SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp (9 oz), cooked according to package directions
1/3 pkg slider buns (12 count)
1 cup shredded coleslaw mix
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cajun Slider Sauce
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Creole or spicy brown mustard
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp hot sauce
Prepare the Shrimp
Cook Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp according to package directions. For this recipe, we recommend baking or air frying.
Make the Fresh Coleslaw
Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Pour over coleslaw and toss to coat.
Make the Sauce
Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning, and hot sauce. Spread sauce onto the bottoms of 4 buns.
Build the Cajun Sliders
Top each bun with one Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp, coleslaw, and bun top.
