1 pkg (9 oz) Beer Battered Shrimp
1 lb cheese tortellini
2 cups prepared Alfredo sauce
1 cup four-cheese Italian blend shredded cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Prepare Beer Battered Shrimp according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
In saucepan, cook Alfredo sauce over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through. Toss with tortellini, cheese blend and garlic powder.
Divide among plates; top with shrimp. Sprinkle with basil.
Tip: A marinara or creamy rosé sauce also works well in this recipe.
