Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. package SeaPak Shrimp Scampi, frozen
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 8 oz. (about 1 1/2 cups) cooked turkey or chicken, shredded or diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 egg
  • Dried thyme leaves

Directions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Pour shrimp scampi into a 2-quart sauce pan. Heat on med-high heat for 4 minutes, stirring frequently until sauce has started melting off shrimp.

Add soup, milk, turkey or chicken, vegetables, and cheese to shrimp. Stir to incorporate. Heat until mixture is simmering. Simmer for 5 minutes until all ingredients are hot, stirring frequently.

Divide mixture into 4 individual baking dishes (about 1 cup of mixture per dish). Top each dish with 2 crescent triangles.

Mix egg and water in a small bowl. Brush over top of the crescent dough. Sprinkle lightly with thyme leaves. Bake until crusts are golden brown, about 11 to 13 minutes. Serve hot.
