Fiesta Shrimp Burrito



Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. package SeaPak Family Size Butterfly Shrimp
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cans refried beans, hot
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese Shredded lettuce
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 3 avocados, diced (optional)
Directions
Cook butterfly shrimp according to package directions.
Once cooked, remove tails.
Lay flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Using a spatula, spread each with a layer of hot refried beans.
Top the beans with cheese, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and avocados.
Fold two sides into the middle (about 2 inches in) and roll up the opposite sides.
