Ingredients

  • 2 9 oz. packages SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP minced ginger
  • 3 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Bake butterfly shrimp according to package directions. Place oil and red onion in a skillet and sauté on medium-high heat until onions are soft and translucent. Add garlic and ginger and continue sautéing for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce and orange juice, stir well, and simmer until sauce starts to thicken (about 4-5 minutes). Serve warm sauce with butterfly shrimp.
