1 12 oz package SeaPak Shrimp Scampi, frozen
1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh basil
1/2 cup half-and-half
Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions.
Heat a large skillet over medium high for 1 minute. Add the shrimp to the pan, in a single layer. Sauté for 6-7 minutes until the shrimp are starting to turn pink.
In a 1 cup measuring cup, combine half and half, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, pepper, and basil.
Add the half and half mixture to the shrimp. Stir to combine. Cook for 3-5 more minutes, until the mixture starts to simmer and the shrimp is cooked through.
Toss together with gnocchi to serve.
