Recipe Description
This warm, cheesy dip is loaded with zesty Cajun flavor and tender SeaPak Cajun Shrimp. Perfect for scooping, sharing, and going back for more.
Ingredients
- One package of SeaPak Cajun Shrimp
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon and zest of one lemon
- 2 scallions thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (Fahrenheit).
- Heat the SeaPak Cajun Shrimp according to the directions on the package. Reserve 6 shrimp and reserve 2 tbsp sauce.
- Combine all remaining ingredients (reserve 1/4 cup of mozzarella) into a large bowl.
- Put mixture into a baking pan/small casserole dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 mins or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Drizzle remaining sauce and top with six shrimp & sprinkle green onion.
- Serve with crostini, crackers, and crudite!
