Recipe Description
Jumbo shrimp served with a zesty fiesta dipping sauce for a simple, flavorful appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 9 oz package SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 green onion, chopped (green parts only)
Directions
Bake SeaPak® Jumbo Shrimp according to package directions.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Stir in green onion.
Serve with hot shrimp as a dipping sauce.
