1 9 oz package SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, plus more for garnish
4 basil leaves
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Pinch of ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Prepare shrimp according to package directions and keep warm.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, basil, vinegar, and cumin.
Pulse until smooth.
Salt and pepper to taste and pulse again.
Garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired, and serve alongside warm shrimp for dipping.
