1 pkg (12.5 oz) Budweiser® Beer Battered Cod
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
Pinch each chili powder and cayenne pepper
4 hamburger buns, split
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 slices tomato
4 thin red onion rounds
Sliced dill pickle
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cook Budweiser® Beer Battered Cod according to package directions.
Mix together barbecue sauce, hot sauce, chili powder, and cayenne pepper; brush over cod.
Divide cod evenly among buns; top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mayonnaise.
Tip: Hamburger buns work well for this sandwich, but you can also use soft long buns.
