Shrimp and Waffles with Piña Colada Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 9 oz package SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
- 8-10 small waffles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Piña Colada mix
- 3-4 tbsp sugar
Directions
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, pineapple, pineapple juice, Piña Colada mix, and sugar. Chill until ready to serve.
Prepare SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp and waffles according to package directions.
Arrange waffles on serving plate topped with shrimp. Top with desired amount of Piña Colada sauce.
