Shrimp Burrito Bowls

Recipe Description


1 pkg SeaPak® Beer Battered Shrimp (9 oz)

2 pouches microwavable rice (8.8 oz)

1 can black beans (15.5 oz), drained and rinsed

¼ cup chicken broth

1 can corn (11 oz), drained

1 container fresh salsa (16 oz)

2 avocados, diced

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Fresh cilantro (optional)

Lime wedges (optional)


Cook shrimp and rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat black beans and broth in a medium saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir together corn and salsa.

Divide rice evenly between 2 bowls. Top with black beans, salsa, avocado, lettuce, and shrimp. Serve with cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
