Ingredients

  • 1 package SeaPak Frozen Popcorn Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • Green onions, to garnish

Directions

In a small bowl, mix garlic, sweet chili, honey and sriracha well. Add frozen shrimp to a large bowl, toss with corn starch. Spread popcorn shrimp onto baking sheet.

Drizzle with ¾ sauce mixture, toss to coat.

Bake for 25 minutes, or according to package instructions.

Drizzle remaining sauce on shrimp, top with green onions. Enjoy!
