Preparation Instructions

Alaskan Salmon Burgers

PREPARATION: GRILL

Preheat grill to MEDIUM HIGH.

Arrange burgers in single layer on grill.

Grill 5 – 6 minutes on each side until burgers are fully cooked.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Arrange burgers in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of ovens.

For full package, bake 18 – 20 minutes.

For best results, turn product over half way through cooking.

SAUTÉ/PAN SEAR

Preheat skillet to MEDIUM HIGH.

Arrange burgers in single layer in skillet.

Saute for 5 – 6 minutes on each side until burgers are fully cooked.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Keep frozen until ready to prepare.

 

Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.

 

Microwaving not recommended.

 

For food safety this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
