PREPARATION: BAKE
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Arrange frozen spring rolls on baking sheet.
Bake on middle oven rack
For 8 rolls, cook for 13-14 minutes; for 16 rolls, cook for 16-17 minutes.
For best results, turn spring rolls over after 7–8 minutes.
FRY
Preheat oil to 350°F.
Fry spring rolls for 6-7 minutes, until internal temperature is at least 165°F.
Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
