1/2 20 oz package SeaPak® Family Size Butterfly Shrimp
1 head of iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp precooked bacon (or 2 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salad dressing of choice
Cook shrimp according to package instructions.
Chop lettuce into quarters and portion into serving dishes.
