Butterfly Shrimp with Carbonara Sauce

Alfredo and bacon come together in this delicious Carbonara sauce that pairs excellently with your favorite SeaPak® Shrimp!
Ingredients
- 1 9 oz package SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
- -OR-
- 1 8 oz package SeaPak® Butterfly Shrimp
- 16 oz Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp precooked bacon crumbles (or 2 cooked bacon strips, crumbled)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake Butterfly Shrimp according to package instructions.
Place Alfredo sauce and bacon crumbles in a pot on medium high heat. Stir to incorporate. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Pour Alfredo mixture into serving dish and serve with hot butterfly shrimp for dipping.
