1 pkg SeaPak Shrimp Scampi (12 oz)
8 oz linguine noodles
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
5 cups fresh spinach
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
Meanwhile, cook Shrimp Scampi according to package directions. Stir in tomatoes, spinach, and pasta, and stir until spinach wilts slightly. Stir in pasta water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
Divide pasta between 4 serving plates or bowls.
