Firecracker Parmesan Shrimp Salad



Recipe Description
SeaPak® parmesan encrusted butterfly shrimp pair wonderfully with this thick and spicy Firecracker sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 18oz package SeaPak® Parmesan Encrusted Butterfly Shrimp
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions
Cook shrimp according to package directions and keep warm.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, packet of enclosed Tomato Romano sauce (thawed), Sriracha and chili sauce.
Drizzle dressing over the chopped romaine, top with shrimp, and garnish with green onions.
Serve any leftover sauce on the side.
