1 pkg SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp (12 oz)
1 bag waffle fries (22 oz)
1 block Monterey Jack (8 oz), shredded
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 carton sour cream (8 oz)
1 jar chipotle salsa (16 oz)
2 avocados, sliced
Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake fries in a single layer 16 minutes. Add shrimp to oven on a separate pan and bake according to package directions. Remove both pans from oven. Top fries with cheese, and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
