Lobster & Shrimp Bite Sliders



Ingredients
- 1 pkg SeaPak® Lobster & Shrimp Bites
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- Kosher or flake sea salt
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- 12 small lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 12 slider buns
Directions
Prepare Lobster & Shrimp bites according to package directions, and keep warm. Thaw provided citrus tartar sauce.
While Lobster & Shrimp Bites are baking start burgers. Divide ground beef into 12 equal portions (2 oz each) and form into uniform patties. Liberally salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook burgers in the hot skillet until they have a browned crust and are slightly pink in the middle, about 3 minutes per side. Flip burgers and cook 3 minutes on other side. Remove burgers to a plate to rest while making sauce.
In a small bowl, stir together the citrus tartar sauce and chili sauce.
Layer one lettuce leaf on the bottom of each bun. Place burgers onto buns, top with sauce and Lobster & Shrimp Bites. Top with buns and serve.
