Mini Spicy Shrimp Po’ Boys

Recipe Description


1 12 oz package SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp

2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

4-6 leaves lettuce

1 red onion, thinly sliced

6 mini hoagie rolls, sliced in half

For the Spicy Aioli:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

2-3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (more or less depending on how spicy you like)


For the Spicy Aioli:

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to spread on po’ boys.

To Prepare Po’Boys:

Bake popcorn shrimp according to package instructions.

Place a tomato slice, red onion slice, and lettuce on each hoagie roll.

Spread with aioli sauce and top with popcorn shrimp (about 6-8 per roll).
