1 12 oz package SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp
1 8 oz package of New Orleans style yellow rice (we used Zatarain’s), prepared according to package directions
2 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste
Prepare shrimp according to package directions and keep warm.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until crisp.
Add prepared yellow rice to the pan (do not remove the rendered fat) and heat through.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add shrimp and cilantro and toss to coat. Serve warm.
