1 20 oz. package SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
1 package (1 lb.) spaghetti noodles
1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 medium yellow squash, diced
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake popcorn shrimp according to package directions.
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
When spaghetti noodles have 7 minutes left to cook, add diced squash and zucchini to pot. Continue cooking until noodles are fully cooked to desired level of tenderness. Drain and set aside.
Pour spaghetti sauce into a large pot on high heat.
Stir occasionally until sauce starts to simmer.
Add noodles with zucchini and squash to sauce.
Stir to fully incorporate. Turn heat to low until ready to serve.
Portion spaghetti noodles into 4 bowls. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Place bowls under a broiler for 1 minute to melt cheese if desired.
Add the popcorn shrimp to the top of the spaghetti. Serve immediately.
