Popcorn Shrimp Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1 20oz package SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp
- 2 15 oz cans refried black beans, heated
- 1 1/2 cups grated pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 cup prepared salsa verde (can substitute any salsa)
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 2 limes, quartered (optional)
- 12 crisp tostada shells
Directions
Prepare SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp according to package directions and keep warm.
To assemble, spread a large spoonful of hot refried beans over each tostada shell. Top with popcorn shrimp. Sprinkle on cheese and the other toppings. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
