Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz. packages SeaPak Shrimp Scampi
  • 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot Sauce)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 5 oz. crumbled blue cheese (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 dash of garlic salt

Directions

In a large skillet, sauté shrimp scampi according to package directions, adding pepper sauce 7 minutes into cooking time.

Remove shrimp and reserve sauce. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, and ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles. (To make a thinner dip, add a scant bit of water or milk to reach desired consistency).

To Serve: Add cream cheese mixture to a serving bowl, top with shrimp, and spoon some of the reserved pan sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining blue cheese.
