Recipe Description
These kid-size English muffin pizzas with a shrimp twist make pizza night the perfect way to add seafood to your family’s diet. What’s more, you can change up this recipe with grown-up variations and even healthier options to add variety to your weekly dinner menu.
Ingredients
- 1/2 (18-ounce) package SeaPak Classic Butterfly Shrimp
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
- 4 English muffins, split
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Prepare SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp according to package directions. Chop into bite-size pieces.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In small bowl, stir together marinara sauce and carrot. (If preferred, purée mixture in blender for smoother texture.
- Spoon marinara mixture evenly over each English muffin half and sprinkle with mozzarella. Top pizzas with shrimp, adding the amount of shrimp to suit your child’s taste. Transfer pizzas to parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until English muffins are toasted and cheese is bubbling. Let cool for 3 minutes before serving.
For Adult-Friendly Builds
- Variation: Top pizza with additional shrimp.
- Additions: If desired, garnish with additional pizza toppings, such as thinly sliced mushroom, bell pepper and onion. Before serving, sprinkle with torn fresh basil and chili flakes.

- Substitution: Use whole-grain English muffins if you think your child will enjoy them.
