1 18-oz package SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp

4 pita halves

1/4 cup roasted or fresh red pepper

1 Roma tomato, sliced

1/4 cup lettuce, shredded

Mayonnaise or dressing of choice


Prepare the Popcorn Shrimp

Cook the Popcorn Shrimp according to package directions. We recommend baking or air frying.

Toast the Pitas

Preheat the oven to 425ºF.

Bake pita halves on a baking sheet for 5 to 7 minutes.

Assemble Shrimp Pita Sandwiches
