Buttery SeaPak Shrimp Scampi is tucked into flaky puff pastry cups and baked until golden. One bite and they’re gone, trust us.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (Fahrenheit).
- Roll out thawed puff pastry and cut into 2’x2’ squares. Should make between 14-16 puffs.
- Press square of pastry into a mini muffin tin to line the base.
- Cook SeaPak Shrimp Scampi according to directions on the back.
- Spoon some of the scampi sauce into each of the pastry lined muffin tin.
- Place one shrimp into each of the pastry lined cups. Remaining shrimp can be cut into two and placed into cups.
- Brush remaining scampi sauce on the top of the pastry that sticks out above the muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
- Let cool and serve warm to guests!
