  2. Cook rotini according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water; drain rotini.
  3. Meanwhile, in large skillet set over medium heat, cook bacon on medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until fat renders and bacon is crispy. Drain on paper towel. Reserve 2 teaspoons bacon fat in skillet; discard any excess.
  4. Add garlic butter to the large skillet and set over medium heat. When melted, add ¼ cup green onions and chili flakes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until green onions are softened. Sprinkle in flour. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.

  6. Stir in rotini and reserved pasta cooking water. Scrape mixture into greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Top with remaining bacon and frozen SeaPak Dynamite Shrimp, arranging evenly.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Meanwhile, thaw Creamy, Spicy Chili Sauce according to package directions.
