Recipe Description


1 20 oz. package of SeaPak Butterfly Shrimp

10 slices of bacon, cut in half

1 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon


Preheat oven to 450°F.

Wrap 1 piece of bacon (1/2 slice) around each frozen shrimp.

Place bacon-wrapped shrimp in a single layer on large baking sheet. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and then sprinkle over shrimp.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is fully cooked. Serve immediately.
