Spicy Surf & Turf
1 11 oz package of SeaPak® Lighthouse Selections Marinated Shrimp
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 12 ounce flap sirloin, skirt or flank steak
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups arugula
1 cup prepared pico de gallo
1 lime, quartered
Heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Bring steak to room temperature and rub with the oil.
Generously salt and pepper.
Cook to desired temp.
Remove from heat and allow steaks to rest while preparing shrimp.
In a grill pan over medium high heat. Add the shrimp and cook according to package directions.
Thinly slice steak and divide among 4 plates.
Top each with shrimp, arugula and pico de gallo.
Give each a squeeze of lime.
