Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Chicken
COOK TIME: 25 minutes
MAKES: 6 servings
PREPARE shrimp according to package directions and keep warm.
PLACE a wok or a large sauté pan over high heat. Add oil and chicken pieces and cook, stirring constantly until chicken is cooked through (about 4 to 6 minutes). Add stir-fry mix and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Add sweet and sour sauce. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Fold in shrimp just until coated and serve mixture spooned over rice.
