Shrimp Feast Charcuterie Board




Recipe Description
Make waves with this simple SeaPak shrimp charcuterie board boasting a variety of textures and a rainbow of flavors.
Ingredients
- 12 SeaPak Lobster & Shrimp Bites
- 1 (18-ounce) package SeaPak Shrimp Spring Rolls (includes Sweet Thai Chili Sauce)
- 1 (6-ounce) package SeaPak Tempura Shrimp (includes Sweet & Spicy Orange Dipping Sauce)
- 3 cups SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
- 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 6 cups vegetable crudité, such as carrots, celery, cucumber, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and radishes
- 8 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup cornichons
- 1/4 cup mixed olives
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Prepare SeaPak Lobster & Shrimp Bites, SeaPak Shrimp Spring Rolls, SeaPak Tempura Shrimp and SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions. Arrange on serving board.
- Spoon thawed Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, thawed Sweet & Spicy Orange Dipping Sauce, cocktail sauce and ranch dressing into small serving bowls and arrange on serving board.
- Arrange crudité vegetables, cheddar, pickles and olives on board. Finish with lemon wedges.
Tip: Substitute cheddar cheese with marble cheese or Swiss cheese if preferred.
